The Board of Trustees provides strategic oversight and governance, ensuring that the organisation adheres to its mission, manages resources effectively, and meets its objectives. The Executive Director, accompanied by the senior leadership team reports to the NNF Board of Trustees, which meets quarterly to approve the annual
work plan and budget and to review financial and technical reports.
