We invite qualified consultants to lead a national vulnerability assessment across Namibia’s 14 regions, identifying priority areas, populations, ecosystems, and livelihoods most at risk from climate change. The assessment will inform the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Strategy and Action Plan through robust methodology design, field data collection, participatory engagement, and creative documentation of findings.

We invite experienced sector specialists to support the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) by translating climate risks into sector-specific impacts, strategies, and investment plans. Nine experts will be recruited to cover water, agriculture, health, ecosystems, infrastructure, urban planning, DRR, and climate economics, and will contribute to evidence-based planning, stakeholder engagement, and institutional strengthening across Namibia.
