Project Coordinator: Rangeland Remote Sensing

On behalf of Nitidæ, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to support the Environmental and Social Support to the Otjikoto Biomass Power Station (ESS-OBPS) Project. This position, based in Windhoek with fieldwork in Tsumeb and surrounding areas, will play a key role in coordinating Nitidæ’s activities, including spatial biomass monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. If you have expertise in remote sensing, rangeland monitoring, or environmental management, along with strong project management skills, we encourage you to apply and contribute to sustainable land restoration in Namibia.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the implementation of the Environmental and Social Support Project to the Otjikoto Biomass Power Station (ESS-OBPS). Based in Windhoek, this role will focus on project coordination, stakeholder engagement, gender and social inclusion (GESI) mainstreaming, and communication strategy implementation.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Advisor – Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) to join our Marine and Coastal Conservation Programmatic team. This position, based in Windhoek, Swakopmund, or Lüderitz, plays a key role in strengthening the management of Namibia’s Marine Protected Areas, securing marine biodiversity, and supporting coastal communities. Technical Advisor Research

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Advisor – Research to join our Marine and Coastal Conservation Programmatic team. Based in Windhoek, Swakopmund, or Lüderitz, this role will support research and monitoring efforts to enhance the management of Namibia’s Islands’ Marine Protected Area (NIMPA). The successful candidate will lead scientific research, data collection, and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen marine conservation and sustainable fisheries practices.
